I am 55, this is my first smart phone, so keep that in mind. I find the phone to be pretty user friendly. After reading the user guide I was able to set it up by myself without much difficulty. The battery lasts for quite a while. I used the phone for over 40 min. on a call and still had 87% battery left. The stylus comes in handy for me to use on the keyboard. I was hitting a lot of incorrect letters when using my finger. The quality of sound while on a call is very good. I am still getting used to all of the symbols, and what they mean. Overall, I am very pleased with the phone.

I rated these speakers 4 stars only because of the very prominent bass response. I like everything else about these speakers. They get loud enough to fill a large room with sound. The volume control is very handy, right next to my mouse pad. I can connect my headphones to the jack on the control for games, or private listening. There is also a jack for connecting an auxiliary input. The quality is typical Bose, however I do wish they would have been a bit cheaper. Set up is simple plug & play.

I am giving this player 4 stars because it does play CDs,DVD's and Blue Ray very well. However, I do not like external drives. I think I am going to break it each time I load, or unload a disk. When putting in the disk, it seems like you have to put to much pressure on the motor to get it to snap in. I have found this same problem with other drives, so I can not fault LG. Set up takes a little while because of all the EULA agreements that are required by CyberLink. All in all it does a good job, and is easy to use.

I am very happy with the phones. The sound is clear, there are plenty of features, and you can set them up exactly how you'd like. I have not received a single unwanted call since their purchase . The phone even recognized an over seas call and let it through as I wanted. The range is also very good. Switching between call block and letting some, or all calls through is very simple. It comes with a detailed paper instruction manual! No web site download of a hard to see manual. Good job AT&T.

You need one of these if you purchased the Inspiron 3880 with the solid state hard drive and have games or music on disks. Although it looks like there is a built in drive, it has none. I hooked the external drive up and in a matter of minutes I was all set. Cheap, plugs into USB, solves problem.

I have used it for a month, no problems. It is quiet, fast and set up was very simple. My only surprise/disappointment is that it does not come with a DVD/CD drive built in. The Dell external drive is cheap however, and plugs right in to the USB. Keep this in mind if you have games on disks.

I can not hear caller though they hear me.what is the problem, anyone?
You may have accidently adjusted the volume all the way down. Try this: Push the Home/Flash button as if you were making a call, then push the top part of the silver circular button. The volume gauge should respond. A series of bars will go up as you increase volume, and go down as you decrease volume. I hope this helps.

1. The photo shows a drawer for an optical drive, but an optical drive is not included. Can I install an optical drive?
Yes. I purchased a Dell external USB DVDRW drive model no. GP61NB60 for about 30 dollars. It plugs into a USB port. I plugged it in and put in the supplied disk, and ran the setup. No problem, even for someone like me.
