Most usb hubs are pass thru, and dont really provide enough current to use all of the slots. This one is powered, so even if you need to add an extension, you have the current to run whatever is connected.

Will these stands work with the Nakamichi shockwave speakers ??

I have 4 of these stands, they do work with the Nakamichi ShockWafe, but the speakers are tilted slightly upwards because of the mounting screws and bar curvature and whatnot. Not really a deal breaker as they do work.

If I plug the usb part into my tv will it still work with my ps4 plugged into the other side

It's not USB, it's DP (display port) to HDMI.

Is this adaptor active or passive? My computer manufacturer says I need an active adaptor or display cord to display on my hdmi connected monitor.

Passive, the current comes from the video card.

This display adapter doesnt seem to work I tried everything different graphics card It has no output to HDMI cable I would like to set up dual displays an the adapter be bad?

Depending on your video card, you may need to go into it's control panel and activate the other monitor.

I have this cable and a triple monitor set up of 3x asus vg248qe. I bought an asus rog strix 1080 ti and was planning on running all three at max frames but I hit a hiccup. The card only has 2 dp slots. Will this port 144hz?

Pretty sure it's only 1080p, if you are using multiple monitors, just run the main monitor at 144hz, the other should scale fine at 1080p, In my case, I run one monitor at 240hz and the other three at 60hz, I only use one monitor to game on, the others for internet/discord and so on.

My 75" Samsung has one HDMI outlet on back, and instructions says use .55 inch no longer than 10 ft. How do you find out the size of .55" on line. I have various HDMI connectors, but nothing will fit back of TV., want to connect new All Format DVD player.

There are mini and micro hdmi's. Head over to Bestbuy and have a sales rep show them to you.

Yes you can, and yes this hub is 3.0. I have two of these for my oculus rift with thrre camera sensors. The two 3.0 sensors plug into the 3.0 hub, the third sensor has to be 2.0. My headset plugs into the other 3.0 hub along with some other perifs.
