Not meant to be a workhorse by any means, but perfect as a cheap spare device for business or family, especially for small tasks like monitoring a camera, account verification backup, managing smart devices, etc.

Seems a bit pricey at $170+ but you get your money's worth (especially if it protects $1000s of equipment and saves valuable work in an outtage) so I'm giving it five stars. It's compact, powerful, long-lived, and does it's job flawlessly when needed. (My last unit lasted nearly 5 years and I bought this one right away when it died). Unit has a whopping ten 120v ports in back that are surge protected with far superior protection to those cheap strips you can buy for $15. Five of these are on battery backup. You can protect quite a bit of equipment with this unit. This new version includes two fast-charging USB ports which I use all the time. LED display on the front shows all the vitals. It's expensive, but I have not seen anything with more bang for the buck. I'll buy another one five years from now.

Bargain price, but I forgot how slow USB 2.0 is. Never again. And 16G is also next to useless now. But the physical design is so horrible I wouldn't buy this in high-capacity 3.0 either. The slider fails to lock into place and often interferes with fully inserting the device. I used one. Gave it away. The other four just take up space in my drawer now.

Slowest computer I've ever used.
1TB 5400RPM hard drive.
Had the option to buy a similar laptop with 250G SSD but we wanted the capacity. We also thought 12G RAM would compensate for the slow hard drive. It doesn't. Don't know enough about the Ryzen 5 chip to comment there, but I absolutely will never buy another laptop without SSD again. If you're going for economy (less than $500) do your research on RAM, SSDs, and central processor speed. Insufficiency of any of these will make your "bargain" worthless.

I only use Logitech. Bought this pair of these when I built a new computer in 2015. Keyboard is like typing a cadillac. Smoothest keystrokes of any I've tried. Ergonomic and loaded with features. The Logitech 705 mouse is a tie for my 1st/2nd favorite desktop mouse (my other recommendation being the 510). Both mice are highly accurate, programmable, smooth. My favorite features on both are the fast free-scrolling wheel (which makes short work of long pages and documents), thumb-accessible fwd-bck buttons, and the perfect fit with my hand. Not a gamer, but if I was I would look at the Logitech gaming mice first. Finally, This keyboard and mouse survived extensive use for six years. I finally wore them out. This is my second set. For $70 I got my moneys worth.

Bought two of these little guys on sale for a song (literally).
I fit my entire music collection (about 400 CDs ripped in lossless .wav format) and plugged one into my television, and one into a SYNC port in my car. I can listen to my entire music collection while driving without having to use a subscription service. Small profile means it won't get hit, broke or knocked out when I toss other things into the phone charger compartment or when I'm plugging things into the television. I hope they sell more like it. It's extremely useful and I will be buying more.

Is this a "multi device" keyboard? In other words can you use with two laptops? does it have the ability to switch between devices?
Yes. And it is more versatile than that. The Unifying Receiver is pre-programmed for this keyboard and mouse. But it is not specific to any computer. Plug it in anywhere, and your keyboard and mouse work with that device. The receiver can be reprogrammed to pair with other Logitech devices too. Download and run the Logitech Unifying Software on your laptop or PC to reprogram it (or program a spare Unifying Receiver). You can then use that receiver and its paired devices anywhere you wish. You can program a second receiver for the same keyboard and mouse. This is useful if you have a laptop and PC in different rooms and don't want a 2nd keyboard (or you want to prank your coworker in the next cubicle).
