The product does its job. It removes water/moisture from my basement. It is very noisy. You wouldn't want it in your bedroom or living room. It came it a box that looked like it was opened before and returned. A part was broken, but did not affect the operation of the unit. I bought it and a day later, Best Buy advertised it on sale for $20.00 less. BB issued me a credit for the $20.00. No real problems so far,

I have used Intuit's TurboTax for a few years now for my taxes and those of some family members. It has been great in the previous years. However, for this year I am disappointed in the software. The main problem is that they are not current on some of the tax law changes that took place recently. They refer to the fact that you have to start taking the RMD at age 70 1/2. This law has been changed to age 72. Also, according to the recent CARES ACT legislation, you can avoid paying the 10% penalty on an early withdrawal of your 401K funds by filling out Form 8915-E. You cannot find this form anywhere on the software. The program sends you to Form 5329 which is not the correct form. I have brought this problem to the Help section and have not received a response or correction. This is just a warning for you tax geeks.

Does this unit work on carpeted floors?
I would not use this appliance on a carpeted floor. When removing the water enclosure tank from the holding unit, it drips water and could go right on to the carpet. The handbook discourages using the appliance directly on a carpet. A water holding pan should be under it.

Are there any models of dishwasher that you can put the silverware tray in the door?
We asked the same question. We were told there are none. However, this dishwasher has a shelf on the top where you can place large utensils. The silverware comes out very clean from where it rests on the bottom rack and the basket has individual slots for the silverware. We are very happy with the model we purchased and the installation went smooth.
