This is absolutely the best Roku on the market. Ignore the others. It has an Ethernet Jack which I use since I run Plex. It’s perfect for it. Would not recommend anything else. Nest for the money. I don’t have a UHD TV but the picture is crisp and clear. Easy to use. Even comes with voice activation. Works with Alexa.

This thing is absolute garbage. I don’t know why they don’t still sell the one I bought a year ago which works amazingly.
I bought this one the other day to connect a heater to it. I wanted to create an automation in SmartThings to turn the heater on and off automatically according to the temperature of the room, just like I did with the air conditioner. No dice!
First of all, it took about an hour to get it connected to WiFi and then to my SmartThings hub And to Alexa. I have no clue why. I had to call their support line which was absolutely useless. Overseas rep, you know the drill. Finally it decided to play ball and I got it working. But the automation failed. Also, once I got it connected, it immediately went offline. This thing is garbage, garbage garbage. Don’t buy one. Don’t fall for the cheap price.

Philips Hue is the best lighting. It’s not the most expensive on the market. This is my third light strip. Generation 3, brighter than the last with even better color. And now the cord is connected, hardwired. So no bending pins trying to connect it.

I have a Philips Hue lighting system. I bought this mainly because of the temperature sensor, as I try to minimize my use of climate control. I didn't have a need for the motion sensor, so I tried to place it where it wouldn't pick up anything, but it still fired every five minutes.

As presented, it looks like a quick, easy way to add lighting almost anywhere. In reality, to set this up as presented every separate set of lights, unless daisy chained together, would need an outlet. That's not cheap or easy. Am I missing something?
