I purchased this at a closeout as Best Buy seems to be selling ELAC power protectors. This Panamax is very nice in my equipment rack with the blue lights. You will also see the voltage fluctuations .
I did see an improvement in the picture of my 50 inch Samsung TV. This surprised me because I thought this claim was hogwash. It is very subtle but you will see it

This JBL subwoofer is very well built with plenty of adjustments. Keep in mind that it may not fit under your seat and it really will not replace a dedicated subwoofer box with a high powered amp. I needed to still have a usable trunk in my Mustang GT convertible and the solution was to create a small port to have some of the woofer inside the boot area. I don;t need a big booming bass box, just some bottom end to fill in on some songs and send some waves to be felt in my seat. This also allowed the installer to adjust cutoffs for the interior JBL speakers because some songs were really pushing those speakers too hard with distortion. Now the Sony/JBL system plays much louder and distortion free with the top down and I can hear more bass details on many songs. RCA inputs and very adjustable . Get a qulaity amp install kit because the power is going to the battery and you don't want hum, noise or issues .

Kevin at the Margate Best Buy is a very experienced installer and knows his craft. Too bad he has to work with limited inventory, but he knows how to install and leave no trace. Quality work as he figured out how to install a JBL subwoofer into the trunk of my convertible for the desired effect. We were not going to get a big boom , but that's now what i was after.
For some jobs you get a professional like Kevin and Marcus

Do I have to buy speaker from best buy to have them put in? Can I bring my truck there with speakers I bought some where else to have u guys put them
I would talk to the installer first . You also have to be prepared for what happens if you have purchased a defective product. I will be having an outside purchased speaker because Best Buy does not sell them and they are part of what the regular speaker series is at Best Buy. No idea why they don't carry the product as they once did. Not to much of any products to choose from in the stores these days. You also have to figure in adapters and what not .
