As a mouse if works fine. The side buttons are a little awkward for me, but still work. Linked up with my existing USB adapter so I didn't need the one it came with. Should download the driver from Logitech to get the full benefit.

Logitech - M510 Wireless Optical Ambidextrous Mouse - Blue

This mouse features 3 standard buttons, programmable back and forward buttons and side-to-side scrolling for simple navigation and personalization. The soft rubber grips and deep contours offer comfortable extended use.

I just got an M510. I've checked the batteries, etc., but how do I make it work with my pc? I have Windows 10 home office software.

First you must install the USB receiver into a USB slot on your PC (the USB receiver is stored in the battery compartment when the mouse is shipped). If you're running Windows 10, the mouse will be automatically detected. To get the full capability of the mouse, you need to download the Logitech driver. Otherwise the side buttons may not work. Make sure you turn the mouse on using the switch on the bottom.
