Pretty solid product that I was able to install relatively quickly. The width of wall mount was a bit concerning at 32” but was able to mount into studs. If installed correctly, the mount is solid and can hold plenty of weight. The brackets go onto TV and you then hang TV on wall mount. There are tabs to easily remove TV from wall and it also has screws to help level
I would recommend this to a friend!

When going to a 65 inch Samsung Crystal UHD RU900 it seems the spacers are too big do we need to cut them down?

The screws going into the back of the TV don’t go very far into the TV. There should be info with TV instructions telling you what size bolt to use. My 55
Came with a bunch of bolt sizes and the spacers and I just used the ones as instructed on the chart in the instruction book
