This is the worse refrigerator I've ever owned. Never worked right. Froze everything. Took 3 days to defrost a 6 oz steak in the fridge when the thermostat was set at 40 degrees. Kept it 2 months during the holidays before I returned it and bought a different one.

The installers showed up 3 hrs late and didn't have any tools to remove or install the new gas line. I had to loan them tools and they had to read the directions just to install it. They didn't remove any of the plastic that was on it and were going to leave before they even tested it to see if it worked. If you get installation make sure it's not with Cory Companies, one of Best Buy's subcontractors for delivery or install it yourself

Have an Installer quickly and professionally connect your Refrigerator to an existing water supply line. We will install a manufacturer supplied water filter or new water filter, if purchased. We will also level the new appliance and demonstrate the basic operation.

Best Buy needs to monitor their delivery people more closely. They scratched my hardwood floors, forgot to turn on the water for the ice maker when they left and my appt was for the morning but they didn't show up until 2:30 in the afternoon. It was the worst experience I've ever had. They told me they didn't have time for me to note anything on the receipt because they were so far behind and now the company I have to deal with for the damage floors isn't interested. The estimate for the floor repair is $3500 and no one wants to talk to me about it. The refrigerator was damaged and Best Buy told me they'd send me a $200 gift card for the damage on the refrigerator which I have yet to see and the company I had to file the claim with said because I didn't note every detail about the damaged floor they aren't paying even though we called and reported it while the installers were still here. If you can pick it up and install it yourself I recommend that but if they have installers from Cory Companies refuse it and ask for someone else.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. It was sent without a power cord. When I called they sent another bad cord. When I took it into the store I was laughed at and told they don't sell a cord for this computer. Why is it being sold if you can't power it up. I will NEVER buy anything online from Best Buy again and it's still on their website for sale.

I have an 8 yr old Kenmore front load washer and dryer I need to replace and they both are currently on pedestals. I want to buy a new maytag washer and dryer and want to know if the pedestals I already have will fit?

What is the produce preserver that came in a package with refrigerator but wasn’t installed during the installation process and where does it go?

Can this ref be put tight against a side wall or does the door/handle need more space? 26.2 4 French door SS BTW the chat does not allow me to enter any information.
If the side wall depth is flush with the refrigerator before the door/handle you should be ok but if the wall comes out to the handle you will need additional space maybe 3/4 of an inch to open the door all the way. Mine sticks out from the wall so I don't have a problem.

How is noise level on vacuum and dirt disposal units
It makes some noise but it's not deafening. It lets me know it's working but it doesn't interfere with tv or phone calls or a conversation. I can hear it when it empties itself but that's only for a few seconds and then it's done. I have an open floor plan but when it goes into the bedroom I hardly hear it at all
