The agent was patient and walked me through my problem. She was easy to understand and spoke clearly. We move smoothly the system and contacted another group when I asked for help with a related problem This was a great help for a senior with a hearing problem. She sensed that I was lagging behind and automatically slowed down. I would be happy to have her help with any future problems.

I have an old Dell Inspiron 530 running Windows Vista Home Premium. I've run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor and the computer is capable of being upgraded to Windows 7. Can the Geek Squad upgrade it? If so how long would it take and how much would it cost?
The cost of upgrading an older computer normally is not practical. The technology of these units is normally slower and will not will not adequately support newer operating systems and programs. With the rapid progress of technology it is better to invest in a new com[puter.
