I like the wall mount, but I didn't realize it would be almost flush with the wall. I think it needs a little more depth. I do love it.

The tv remote does not work right, so I can't remove all of the best buy information on the initial screen when the tv is turned on. How do you perform a factory reset?
I can't sync the tv and the cable remote, trouble with that as well.
