This sub is one of the best sounding subs I have heard. Although a little pricey, it is worth it. It hits hard, clear and precise. I have the gen 2 sub as well and know that the only main changes are the increased memory and better processor in the gen 3 but it hits harder and louder for some reason. I have to set the gen 2 to +3 bass to match the gen 3 on zero. This is after true play has tuned it. Pairing this with a couple of play 3’s and play 5’s and you will not be disappointed.

I have come to love SONOS products. They sound so good and very clear. The Sonos 1 does not disappoint. For its size, it plays fairly loud and remains clear. We love that it supports Alexa and you can stream music to it from any phone. I grouped several Sonos products that didn’t support AirPlay and played it through the Sonos 1 for music everywhere.

After not hearing about this movie, I took the kids to the theater and it was the only one showing at the time. So we bit the bullet and went to see it. It was very good. So much so that we bought the Blue Ray of it when it was released. Unfortunately they didn’t release it in 4K.

These are very easy to install and setup. It basically walks you through everything. It tells you how to install the app as well. So the only difficult part is that it requires that you have the C wire for 24v to power up the thermostat. If you don’t have this, you still have 2 options. One is hopefully you have an extra wire behind the thermostat that you can attach to the C terminal in the furnace. Or Two use a wire saver module. A little google search will explain how to install one. Other than that it works like a charm and looks real professional.

How many pairs of these speakers can be driven by one Sonos amp?
Three pairs of these can be set to the amp. Other brands are not recommended to this amount due to the ohm drop. Just remember that you cannot control them individually since they all connect to one amp. Also the powerful sound may diminish a little due to the power spread.

Will this control my Aprilair furnace mounted humidifier?
I don’t think so. I have an aprilair as well and it has its own control mounted to the furnace. That control has humidity sensors on it and detects the water level in the unit. That system runs independently of the system and activates as needed. The thermostat will control your system like any other thermostat but will added functionality of controlling it from anywhere.

Will my heating and cooling system remain operational during a power outage? And what do I need to do, if anything, once power is restored?
Not unless you have a generator to power up your system. In the event of a power loss, the thermostat will retain its settings and will even reconnect to WiFi once everything is back up.
