I suffer from hearing loss and tinnitus so I need a bluetooth device with some volume. The call volume is good and loud with good sound quality. The rubber ear piece comes of easily and the ear hook doesn't snap in place so you have to be careful not to lose the rubber if you carry it in a shirt pocket when not in use. Although the call volume is very good, the device prompts and caller announcement voice is much too low (if there is any background noise at all you can't hear it). Those are the only reasons I didn't give this device 5 stars. Device is very light and after a little while you don't even notice you are wearing it. For the money spent this is one of the best, if not the best, bluetooth device I have purchased and used. I definitely would recommend this product to friends and family.

I have a month to month subscription already for my car which covers in house and phones/tablets, tv, etc. Would i have to purchase a separate subscription for this device or can i add it to what im currently paying for?
