I am not using the smart TV features; I have it hooked to Xfinity cable TV. The Xfinity tech guy was not able to pair the TV to Xfinity remote directly so had to hook up using an HDMI port. So, when I turn on the TV, input has to switch to HDMI; the tech found an option to make this happen automatically when the TV is turned on but it does take a couple of seconds.
Before I got it hooked to Xfinity TV, I used it for a few days as a smart TV and accessed TV news channels without going to cable. That was not very nice although bearable -- it takes a little while for the TV channel to come up.
TV setup instructions were good and setup was easy. (I am a senior-aged woman and not savvy at setting up things so this comment coming from me means setup really is easy.)
Picture quality is good.
Overall, quite happy with my purchase, especially given that I bought it when it was on sale for ~$90.
I would not have bought it at its original price, which was ~$170.

Polished, professional Full HD video calls. The C920S HD Webcam delivers remarkably crisp, clear and detailed images in vibrant colors. * Recording done using mic from this webcam is not as good recording from native mic.
* There is no tight clip that holds it on the monitor or laptop ledge; very easily gets knocked off.
* No documentation to say whether need to download a driver. It seems not needed but still they should have explained that.
* No explanation of how to get your laptop to use the mic from this device rather than the native mic.
* No explanation that the camera is not a substitute for the native camera of the laptop but rather this camera only gets used when you are using a program that includes taking a video, such as Skype. Even for that, no explanation what to do to get Skype to use this camera.
* Briefly tried with Skype; seemed to work ok.
The device maker should not assume that the user is knowledgeable in installing devices; they should provide some info.

I tried two other (small size) USB hubs before I found one (this one) that worked. So just the fact that it works is great. It has the 4 ports, as claimed, and its very small can be tucked into the hub when it is not in use.

In my little Hyundai, the vents near driver seat are very narrow so I was afraid this would not clip on or would obstruct the air etc. But no problems at all. Very easy to clip, easy to insert phone, easy to remove phone. Very satisfied.
FYI: I clipped it on the narrow vent to the right of the steering wheel (between the steering and the radio). I have a car charger for my phone in the cigarette lighter on the driver side; I put my phone charger cable in that and insert into phone. There are no obstruction issues.

I wanted to give it zero stars out of 5 but the lowest option is 1 star. The hub does not work. I plugged it in to my laptop and then plugged in a keyboard and mouse; neither worked. Then I tried each of them only one at a time and they still didn't work; my laptop gave a message saying something like "device not recognized".
I will return the product.

I wanted a small keyboard for use with my laptop. (Main reason: to be able to keep the mouse closer.) I already do have one but wanted another extra one. The one I had already is Hyperx 10 keyless manual and I love it but that is expense. This logitech is the perfect next best thing. I love the internet (pause, forward etc.) keys; I use them when playing YouTube videos on my laptop. The keyboard comes with batteries installed. They key caps suit my taste -- they are a bit high, not the low flat type (I think the flat ones are called tiles). The lettering on the keys is very legible.
I have only used the keyboard a few times so far so can't say anything about durability. Also, haven't checked out all the features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My main needs were (1) at least 28 inches; (2) adjustable height; (3) able to hook up two laptops; (4) 4K resolution; (5) available at Best Buy -- I really like Best Buy and Geek Squad. (I did not buy this for gaming) There is very limited choice in adjustable height. This was the best item to meet all my requirements although I wish the screen were 30 inches.
Something I particularly appreciate is that it is fairly easy to switch the display from one port to another. (I have one laptop hooked to DisplayPort and one to HDMI.) (I am going to get a KVM switch which should make it even easier to switch.)
The reasons I don't give a 5-star:
* I had used another similar ASUS previously (from an employer) and its array of jacks (where you plug in cables) was EXTREMELY hard to reach. This one is better though still not easy, not worthy of 5 stars.
* The monitor controls (used to switch between displays etc.) are easier than the other ASUS I had but one issue is that the tiny control icons on the front edge are not correctly aligned with the actual physical controls in the back.
* The sound is not good. Even when I turn the volume to 100, it is lower than that of my laptop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The main reasons I selected this were (1) height adjustable and (2) size -- I wanted screen more than 23" but less than 33". There were very options to choose from, given my two constraints. I went for ASUS because of their reputation and shape of the stand. My issues:
1. The picture and fonts don't seem as sharp as I would like them to be even though I have the recommended resolution for this monitor's display (1920 x 1080). I do have the scale at 125% so maybe that makes things a bit blurry. I feel that my little laptop screen is much more sharp.
2. The speaker volume seems much lower than that of my laptop so for some of my online meetings, i have to change the audio to come from my laptop instead of the monitor (which feels odd, to have the sound coming from the laptop which is sitting not right in front of me but a little to the left). I did go into the monitor settings and increased the sound volume of the monitor speakers and that did improve the volume.
3. The monitor user interface (the buttons etc. to control it) are not very user friendly. The control buttons are at the back of the monitor although little dots on the front, and on-screen icons, do help guide the user as to where to put his/her finger behind the monitor to push a button. After you have pushed one of the physical buttons, menus come up on the screen to navigate/modify settings but it is also not very easy/intuitive to navigate them. Overall, not an easy experience to modify the monitor settings. And no guidance at all came with the monitor about the settings. (A very tiny printed quick start did come with the monitor showing, graphically, how to assemble and set it up. Affixing the stand was easy but setting up the cables etc. was not; see next point.)
4. The ports are in an extremely unfriendly position. I had to lay the monitor face down and use a flashlight to look into the difficult hidden place where I had to plug in my HDMI cable etc. After I was done, I noticed that there was a sort of indication on the tiny little printed quick start guide which seemed to show that I could have un-hidden the ports by removing the plastic panel covering it. I then tried to pull that plastic out but could not and didn't try to hard for fear I might break something.
5. The quick start guide could have been a bit more explicit. If you pay more than $400 for something, you expect some decent guidance on what you have bought and how to put it together and also what the settings are.
This is the first time I have purchased a monitor (although have used monitors at my work place previously) so don't have much to compare it too. Perhaps I am being too harsh on the ASUS. But I do think the picture on my monitors at my job is clearer. Also, the picture and fonts on my old Gateway All-in-one were clearer and certainly the display of my small laptop is much more sharp. Maybe there is some monitor (or laptop display) setting I could change but there is no guidance that came with the monitor to help me do that.

Do the F1 Thru F12 Functions work w/out having to hold down the function button? Or is their a lock unlock button for the functions to work?
I don't see a way to lock or automatically "hold" the FN key. So, it seems, one does have to manually hold the FN key to make the secondary functions of the Fx keys to work. That is, if you press F12, it will show you source code but if you press FN+F12, it brings up the calculator.
BTW, one thing I failed to mention in my review: The keyboard did not come with any documentation or user guide. There should have been a user guide to explain all the keys.
