The short answer is yes, but there are really two issues. First, the Epson scanner, as with almost all scanners, uses a TWAIN driver (the TWAIN driver allows the seamless acquisition of a scanned image directly into a photo editing program). The drivers were created by the TWAIN Working Group in 1992 and last updated in 2015. It's likely TWAIN drivers will continue to be supported in the future. The second issue is if the photo processing software that Epson provides with the scanner will be updated and supported in the future. I see this as a minor issue since there are so many photo editing software options including freeware such as GIMP. The official Microsoft Windows 10 End of Support date is October 13, 2020.
