First unit I purchased wasn't broadcasting WiFi so I returned it. Second one worked like charm. Tried to set up using the smart connect feature to let the router do the work determining which radio signals your devices want (using a single SSID), but that was not optimal in my situation. I disabled the "smart connect" feature and am now broadcasting one 2.4GHz network (changed the channel to one my neighbors weren't on) and two 5Ghz networks. I can setup my wireless devices (lot of wireless HD security cams and various smart home devices) to connect to the network of my choosing. Great admin features via the web interface and very cool monitoring features using nighthawk mobile app. Turn on the remote management feature to connect to the router when you're away from home.
Range is great, my outdoor wireless security cameras connect without an issue. I do have an extender (Netgear AC1900) to reach devices in the basement. First & second floors my 1500 sq ft home (inside the home, and outside approx 30ft outside) get full wireless signal on 2.4GHz & 5Ghz. 5GHz obviously does not reach as far, but does make it outside.
Watch the pricing, I found that over a week long period of researching a trying different routers, the price on this router fluctuated between $299 - $219. Best Buy ended up having the best pricing.

Actually swapped out a couple existing BR30 LEDs with these hue bulbs. Produce vibrant color and have many smart hue features to choose from. The bulbs fill the space of my recessed lighting perfectly. Unscrew the old lamps, screw these in, connect to the hue bridge and away you go. Can't get any easier to add smart lights to your home.

Quick and easy to change over from existing outdoor flood lights to these. Didn't have to change anything with the fixture, just took the old lamps put and put these it. Connected to my hue bridge in seconds. Used the "coming home" feature to turn on the lights when I pull in my driveway (after sunset). The bulbs produce nice bright white light.

Had to do some creative handy-work to get this fixture mounted. This light has to be flush mounted; it does not fit over an electric box. FYI, it uses metric mounting bolts to secure the fixture with the supplied hardware. The bolts that come with the kit are 10mm too short. Found some M4-0.7 x 50mm bolts at Home Depot that worked like a charm.
Once the discover floodlight is mounted, it produces awesome light. Connected to my hue bridge in no time and the colors are bright and brilliant. Well worth the effort! Going to purchase 2 more for my deck and patio areas.

Easy to set up and schedule. Made the purchase before a family vacation and set a lighting schedule to simulate that someone was home. Worked like a charm.... The colors and controls are amazing. Very easy to set up with the hue bridge AND Bluetooth apps. I added the bulbs to the hue bridge so I can control the bulbs with my hue bridge app (along with others set up in my home) and give my kids control over the lights in JUST their rooms using the hue Bluetooth app. These bulbs have amazing colors and the app is very cool. Well worth the money.

Bought these for my daughter (iPhone 8 user) and she loves them. She uses them almost every day.
