My wife and I have obtained the motorola razr+ phones and think that they are an excellent acquisiton. We use the Spectrum network and they have been successfully activated by the Spectrum store. However, they would not transfer our data from the previous phones. I loaded the transfer program from Google Play and after some playing around got a successful transfer for both phones. The operation of the app was not clear but with a little effort and retries the effort paid off.

The introduction of highly integrated electronics makes it impossible to repair. The current alternative is to replace it with new gear. The insurance should be thought of as part of the price of equipment.

I spent two weeks trying to connect the Echo Auto to my cell phone. It connected for a while but soon lost the bluetooth connection and would not reconnect. I called support several times but they could no resolve the issue. I reset everything and tried other devices to connect but without success. I can do everything that Echo Auto provides with my Alexa app on my cell phone. I returned it and the Best Buy people were very accommodating. I give Best Buy 5 Stars.
