This 16-port Netgear Switchbox is how all switchboxes should be made: good quality, long-lasting, and great performer. I'm very pleased with the easy set-up process, and the total performance from the device. A++ all around. Keep this one on the shelves at Best Buy.

What can I say about Logitech? Awesome. Crisp. Loud. Rock-on! After setting them up for a client, we blasted out music and disturbed the neighbors. The music quality was professional and solid. Well worth the money. Would buy again. A++

After years of using Windows products, I can attest that Windows 10 has improved since its first release. Engineers are slowly working out the kinks, although it will never be able to touch the likes of Windows 7. But, it's the times, and you must move on. Welcome, Windows 10.

This Dell - S2318HN 23" is one of the best monitors that have come along, including their 27" model of this series. You will be pleased with its depth of color and sharp contrasts. Every time I set one up, I still get that "wow" factor. A+ for Dell. A good buy.

Do I need a separate modem with this?

You do need connect it to a cable modem. If you want to have Internet, you need a cable modem. If you don't want Internet, then it could be used to share data, share printers, etc. Since it's a wireless modem, the cable modem is necessary.

You need to take the HD out of the old eMachine. You can connect that old HD through a transfer cable system, allowing you to see what's on the old HD. BestBuy might have a kit available. Your other choice is to take it to a local computer shop and let them transfer those files to an external HD. Then you can copy and paste what you want from it (plus you will have a second back up).

Nope, this model does not have built-in speakers. Your only choice is to purchase some Logitech speakers, plug them into the green plug of your tower/laptop, and listen to music and movies that way. If you are looking for a monitor with built-in speakers, you can look under specifications on any Best Buy item online for some clarification. Best Buy does sell that kind of monitor system.

Sorry, there is no metal brace behind this monitor. In the past, some monitors have a metal plate for attachment. Not this one, however. Other than this fact, it still is a great monitor, solid colors, and easy to set up.

If you run an ethernet cable outside, put it in a plastic tube to protect it. That would be best. Throwing it in dirt and letting the elements eat away at it is not suggested. But burying it in a plastic tube and sealing it should be fine.

I have cat 7 cable and this coupler is cat 5. Does it really matter or will this create any noticeable problems?

I don't see any issues at all. Most users would not know the difference between a slight decrease in speed. The product has worked on sorts of connections in my own use, so go for it. Go to www.speedtest.net to test your wire before and after the installation for proof.

This product should work with Spectrum in Minnesota. There are no issues here in Michigan with Netgear wireless devices. Go ahead and purchase it. The worst-case scenario is you get 10 days to return it with Best Buy's return policy. It's a good, solid model. No major issues in setting up. You should do just fine.

Pentium Silver is a family of 64-bit x86 low-power microprocessors introduced by Intel in late 2017, succeeding the Pentium family in the low-power market segment. I will say there is no loss of power with this Lenovo Laptop. I have sold several of them, and they seem to run strong.
