One of the surge protectors must have a short in it. If it gets moved, it shuts off. Trying to take it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

How do I get the best signal from my home to the garage? The garage is out the door up steps to the door. Around 25 ft. Garage is sided. No windows.

Place it as close to the garage as possible. I get great signal over 40’ each way.

Not sure. My house is 87” long and I put it in the middle of the house and I have great signal all over.
