I am EXTREMELY pleased with this player! It was very easy to set up, and if I can do it I can assure you anyone can. DVD's are crisp and clear, and if regular DVD's play this well, I can only imagine that Blu-ray disc's will play even better. It's a great product and I can't recommend it highly enough!

I bought this to replace an expensive Microsoft keyboard (which surprisingly didn't hold up very well)... so I decided to purchase this Insignia. I have to say I am VERY happy with this purchase. There is no sound when pressing the keys and pressing them is soft. Even though I miss the ergonomically placed keys, this keyboard is perfect for my needs and the price is beyond reasonable.

I've been enjoying this TV for only a couple weeks, and so far it has been a wonderful experience. Colors are natural and I like how you can tweak the picture to your liking. The sound is clear and crisp. The cushions on the set are comfortable... as long as you don't wear them for 8 hours. That being said, they are still a wonderful headset at a great price. I've had the head set for a few months and they are exactly what I wanted. I haven't use the mike as of yet so I can't comment one way or the other on it, but I like the fact that if I need it, I have it. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase one again.

If you are a fan of Microsoft Office programs, I would grab this as fast as you can while they are still available... because it was the only Microsoft Office product I could find WITHOUT a subscription.

It does come with a short cord (approx. 12 inches long) to connect to the pc and it runs quiet. I've had it for a month now and it works perfectly.

I've had this laptop for close to a month, and I am still discovering all its capabilities as it so much more than I expected. My previous laptop was an ASUS with Windows 7 and I had it for ten years... I have no complaints as it is still running. But, I wanted to update it before long, so I chose this ACER for the larger screen as I have vision difficulties, and I can tell you it made quite a difference. I also like that it has a lighted keyboard which makes it much easier for me to find the keys I need. I am acclimating to how the new Windows 10 system works, and like anything else, I'll get use to it. However, when my son saw this machine, he absolutely loved it! After he looked it over and saw everything it could do, his response was "MOM, THIS MACHINE IS SWEET!"
I did not realize that it was a "gaming" laptop, and with all the bells and whistles it came with, I'm sure I'll be enjoying my games much more than on my old machine.
I would absolutely recommend this laptop!

Is there a manual for the computer to download and where can I find it?
You will be pleased to know you will not have to download a manual because there is already a users manual available in the Acer computers Start Menu. Look under "A" . You will see a folder for Acer; click on the folder and in the folder is the User Manual. Hope this helps!
