I purchased this camera system online at Best Buy and wanted desperately to like the system. I opened the box when it arrived and started looking over the contents. It's a beautiful system, BUT, in reading the quick start guide I noticed someone had written on the guide. At first I thought it was something from the factory but then realized it was a name (For the camera) and a password for the system both of which the owner would choose. In other words, someone had purchased and returned this system. The QR code which is normally located on the top of the NVR was also missing and that's needed in order to set the system up and most likely removed by the previous owner. I purchased this system at full price and expected a new unit which I did not receive. Buyer beware. This is my second attempt to rate this system and I'll continue to submit it until it is accepted.
