Wanted a Logitech keyboard that didn't have extra space below the space bar (my old keboard had what someone might think was a wrist rest area attached that made my keyboard sit to far away from me), BUT had to have the number pad on the right and be wireless. I found this one as well as another one that was 3 times the price. This one meets my needs perfectly and works very very well. I'd buy it again in a minute!

The screen on this computer is AMAZING! It has more than enough memory for my use, and is quite speedy! Never freezes up like my old, old one this laptop replaces. It is a 17.3" screen, which I like, but I also don't carry it around much. Not sure how comfortable it would be if you needed to carry this every day.
This is not my first HP.... It is probably my third, and they just keep getting better.

Hubby's old computer was running quite slow and freezing up. It was old, and was originally a Windows 7 that we upgraded to Window's 10.
Even though he is not a "gamer", he does play a few games when he has time. This was an Xmas present and I chose this one to better "future proof" the need to replace because of the memory and screen items built in, plus we could try out the hard drive + 256 GB SSD set up to see if it works well.
I feel that it does... It is quite speedy when turning on from either sleep mode OR from off mode. No screen freezing like he had with his old one. Screen is quite clear and vivid colors. Actually was hoping he would say something about wanting mine, so I could take his (ha ha ha)

This is a great little mouse, but unfortunately it fell to the tile floor once too many times, and it stopped working. Other than than, I really like the mouse. I like the options with the wheel, thumb buttons and comfy feel.

I had a Speck cover for a different IPAD, and it seemed to work well. This one works well too, but it doesn't seem to be made as sturdy. I do like that it turns the tablet off when the cover closes and back on when the cover is opened. I wish the notches to hold the tablet up allowed it to be used as a much smaller angle. I can turn the cover in a way to get a smaller angle, but then the "buttons" land on the wrong end for me. That is a minor inconvenience, but enough of an inconvenience that it is a "con" for me.

I got a Google Home Base a couple years ago for Xmas and it came with a round mini.... I found that I liked the home base in the living area, and the round mini was put in the bedroom. This round mini is destined for our camper!

Sadly, our old Whirlpool Air Purifier died after being in daily service for several several years. Consumer Reports recommended this Blueair Blue Pure 211+ Air Purifier, and I couldn't be happier with it.
It is quiet, as we use it in the bedroom. We have a second Whirlpool that we kept in the living room. When (if) that one dies, I can see me replacing it with another Blueair.
There are lots of PRO's with this purifier. The only CON is it is a little pricey and the filters can be pricey to replace, however, this CON is what one would find with any well built air purifier from any manufacturer.

I have used Office (primarily Word and Excel) for years. I like the ability to use this on my computer and tablets, but not sure if the annual renewal cost if the most cost effective. On the positive side though, I know it is always the newest version! Bought in 5/2018 and renewed 5/2019.

Would this work with my existing Logitech M510 mouse and unifying-receiver ( plug and play ) Can you use it on a Samsung TV with a usb port?
This is a yes and no answer.... I just purchased the Logitech K 360 keyboard and I currently use the M510 mouse. When setting up the new keyboard, I ended up using the new Unifying Receiver that came with the new keyboard and attached my old mouse to it. So, YES, I am using ONE Unifying Receiver to run both the keyboard and mouse. Now, could I have left my old Unifying Receiver that was being used for the mouse and the old keyboard? That is a "maybe". I didn't try, just used the newest receiver during initial set up!
