No, this tablet does not have a SIM card slot. It is WiFi only.
It does, however, have a s slot for a micro SD card, allowing you to expand storage up to 1TB.

This tablet is WiFi only. It should work fine anywhere you can get WiFi.

This tablet just came out in summer 2021. It is a new product. You might be able to get it as an "open box" item, but as far as I know, it is not available from Best Buy as renewed.
