Yes, it does, and it works well with my Samsung S7 Edge. I have also used it with my new Jabra Elite 75t ear buds, and it maintains a solid connection throughout my medium sized apartment (over a distance of 25 feet, through 2 walls).

There is a pin port next to the port for charging the device, that you can plug a connector with a female 12 volt connection. My unit came with such a connector.

You will need to find a cable with usb-c on one end, and usb-A on the other; the cable also needs to be rated to handle adaptive fast charging of 15W. The cable that came with your tablet might serve that purpose.
