I bought this as "Open box - Excellent" because it was unavailable new. It looked new to me! The only evidence it had been opened was the broken seal on the box. The contents looked like they had never been removed from the box. It has worked out very well for me. It takes about 4 hours to fully charge the battery, but once done I can use it about 2 hours a day for about two weeks. I purchased a 6 foot USB 3.0 extension cable so I could play while charging (I sit about 12 feet from the console) - and it works just fine!

I have been waiting for some time for this device to come back in stock. With the pandemic it has proven difficult to obtain a good thermometer. This device has proven to work extremely well for me. It is accurate, and takes a reading very quickly - in less than 6 seconds. In addition, it interfaces with your smart phone, and keeps a record of all your readings. I recommend it highly.

I purchased the 8" model a year ago, and it was a no brainer to purchase this when it was offered on sale recently. I needed a unit with a large screen for use in the bedroom, that was easily readable with my glasses off. I use it regularly to play relaxing music or sounds to help me go to sleep. I can easily play music from local radio stations by issuing verbal commands, and instructing it verbally to turn off after a set interval. I recommend it strongly.

This pouch is an excellent fit for my new Lumix ZS100! It is spacious enough to provide room for the camera and its wrist strap. The outer pocket provides space for two spare batteries, a spare memory card, and the charging cable. The pouch provides protection from the weather, and is spacious enough to make removing the camera easy and quick - essential for taking candid shots in the wild and in urban settings. It is also small, making it inconspicuous while moving about - both in the woods, and in foreign cities.

I purchased this over a year ago to upgrade my system drive on my desktop PC - it used a 1 TB WD mechanical drive (5400rpm). Moving the system to the new SSD was easily accomplished using the Acronis True Image software (which I recommend strongly). With the new drive my PC seems to run like a rocket! I am very pleased with this drive, and recommend it highly.

I make a couple of trips a year to Europe for holidays, and I take lots of photos while on these trips. I travel light, and need to back up my photos while on the go. This drive has worked very well for me! So good in fact that I bought a second one, and then splurged on the 1TB model. These drives are very durable, small, light, and 100% reliable. I recommend them highly.

I purchased this for my new Xbox One X. I want to be able to use it for Skype with family members from the comfort of my living room. Installation couldn't have been simpler - simply plugged it into an available usb port. When I brought up the Skype application, it recognized the camera and provided menus for the options I wanted to use. I was done with the setup in no more than 2 minutes. Both the image and audio provided by the camera are good, and provoked compliments from family members at the receiving end. For those looking for a moderately priced webcam to use for Skyping, it will be difficult to find a better choice.

I just purchased this external ssd and tried to use it for the first time. It will not show up on my computer anywhere, except on the "eject" tray. Why can't my new laptop see or open it the file location?
I suspect that it needs to be initialized and then formatted - operations you can do from disk management. However, it could also be a bad cable. I had a similar experience with this refurbished drive.

Can I add storage?
Yes you can. However to do so requires cloning the existing drive to one that is larger, and then removing the existing drive and replacing it with the larger drive.

What operating system is installed ?
My version of this laptop came loaded with Windows 11 Home. I see that there is another version of this laptop that comes loaded with Windows 11 S, that imposes some restrictions making it more secure.

Yes it is. The 8GB of RAM it come with is soldered in, but there is an empty SO-DIMM slot where you can add additional RAM.
