Is the "Output 4" for all the Inputs (1-4, and phono)? In other words, if I connect a CD recorder to it, can I copy music from any of the inputs?

Will said storage be ok to use for downloading games
I think it is too slow for that purpose. It has a speed of only about 130 MB/s.
