I clone the system disk of one of my computers to this drive to use as a backup. I can do this relatively easily and quickly, and repeat the process every two months. This provides a quick means of recovery in the event of a catastrophic crash of the system. I got this drive on sale at a good price.

I got this drive at a great price on sale. I put into an external housing with a fast USB interface. With it I get speeds of typically 400 MB/s, which are close to the maximum of 500 MB/s for this drive connected directly to the SATA inside a pc. I use it to do backups of the drives inside my tower. It is an economical means of performing this function.

The charger is equipped with audio and visual alerts. A red light means that charging has started, and you will hear an audible beep when charging begins. A yellow light appears when charging is 50 percent complete and charging is continuing. A green light means charging is complete, and the batteries are 100 percent full. The lamp is very stable. The base is 5" X 7". In addition it has heft (must have weights in it). I have bumped it on occasion, and it remains upright and stable.

It does not have a built-in stylus, but neither did it when it was brand new. You can get a simple rubber tipped stylus for around $5. You can get an active pencil stylus from Lenovo for around $25.
