I clone the system disk of one of my computers to this drive to use as a backup. I can do this relatively easily and quickly, and repeat the process every two months. I got this drive at a great price on sale. I put into an external housing with a fast USB interface. With it I get speeds of typically 400 MB/s, which are close to the maximum of 500 MB/s for this drive connected directly to the SATA inside a pc. I use it to do backups of the drives inside my tower. It is an economical means of performing this function.

Does it have extra ssd slot for upgrade?
There is only one ssd slot for storage. To upgrade you have to remove the ssd installed, and put in the new one. You should also look into cloning options and backup options before proceeding with the upgrade.

Are the specs correct when it says 14.5 width, and height is 0.78, but the screen is 15.6" trying to get a bag for my daughter and need to know If it will fit.

This laptop has a touchscreen, but it is not a 2 in 1 machine. So it can not be folded 360 deg to act like a tablet.

Will this be able to handle Lightroom or Photoshop editing???
This laptop meets the minimum hardware requirements to handle the program Lightroom. I am afraid the demands of the program Photoshop will be too much for it. For that you would need a computer with at least a Core i5 processor, and 16GB of RAM.
