Does it have extra ssd slot for upgrade?
There is only one ssd slot for storage. To upgrade you have to remove the ssd installed, and put in the new one. You should also look into cloning options and backup options before proceeding with the upgrade.

Are the specs correct when it says 14.5 width, and height is 0.78, but the screen is 15.6" trying to get a bag for my daughter and need to know If it will fit.

This laptop has a touchscreen, but it is not a 2 in 1 machine. So it can not be folded 360 deg to act like a tablet.

Will this be able to handle Lightroom or Photoshop editing???
This laptop meets the minimum hardware requirements to handle the program Lightroom. I am afraid the demands of the program Photoshop will be too much for it. For that you would need a computer with at least a Core i5 processor, and 16GB of RAM.
