Not happy with Microsoft right now and talking to a live person for help is impossible. Accidentally activated two subscriptions and have been trying to get Microsoft to credit me back for one of them. They are basically telling me "Sorry no refunds!" I also don't like that they have gone to an $99.00 annual subscription.

Great console for my TV. Must have looked at 50 stands before purchasing this one. Very nice appearance and not too pricey. The assembly instructions were incredible, I have not seen any that were this easy to follow in years. And the price was reasonable!

Hi just bought this tv and find it has garbled sound at times. Is this a known problem with this tv? are there any suggestions in the settings to fix this? Love the tv but may have to return it to find one that has better sound.

Not that I know of, however, I run the sound through my Denon receiver.
