This phone stopped working 40 days after purchase, It reads "Out of Range or no power at base" . I plugged my other phone in to the same place and it works. When i reIt this not a stand alone phone ?

Why isnt the solar kit keeping my ring charged? It is receiving sunlight so does this mean it is damged?
Did you fully charge the battery before inserting it in the ring doorbell ? You must fully charge the battery with you charging cable plugged in to an electrical outlet. If it was fully charged before you put it in the doorbell then I would say it is malfunctioning
