The Roku streaming stick+ is a high quality product with a lot of TV, more than I can watch. I give 4 stars because of the remote simplicity, it needs more functionality, for example you have to go channel by channel, a page option will be very good. The sound control is on the right side and a right handed can hit "mute" easily.
I own better remotes from streaming, but they don't pay me for advertisement.

Easy setup once you realize that the 4 ethernet ports on the back are not independent, only one can be used to connect to the router. The rest are "expansion ports". The good part is that you need only one to connevt the router. The later does all the work. When netgesr add 4 ethernet ports, I will upgrade to 5 stars. It works fine with Xfinity.

Easy to setup. It has 1 input ethernet for thr external network. 4 ethernet ports for PCs, switches, hubs and any ethernet device. The wireless is speedy and long range. For cable internets must be coupled with a modem. I am using the CM1200 with Xfinity.

My 64bit win 10 home laptop runs fine but lost internet after MS update. 1 Can I download 64 bit win 10 Pro with my win 7 laptop? 2 Will my previously installed win 10 software remain intact or will I have to re-install the programs thanks
I think the main issue is the loss of internet connection. First run the network troubleshoter to find the root of the problem, it can be the router (rebooting the router may help) or some corruption in windows or the hardware. Second, if the return info is not clear, try to reverse to the previous status (check the uppdate history in settings).
Using a Windows 7 laptop (32 or 64 bits?) may involve the update to Windows 10 and then download the Pro version, burn a DVD for booting and hope for the best.
When the internet is restored in windows 10, use the GetHelp App from the MS store. You'll need the product key from Best Buy, MS will check if it is legal. But you need to fix the internet issue first, without internet there is no help. Saving your stuff is always a good idea no one can tell what's gonna happens. Thw Windows 7 way may involve a clean install and everything is erased.
