Unfortunately we needed a new fridge after our LG needed a costly repair after two years. Went with this Samsung and it worked great for a while. After the 12 month factory warranty expired it’s been down hill from there. The drain whole needs to be unclogged monthly. If not the water will sit under the veggie tray then leak on to the floor.
The ice machine gets jammed up every time it gets full. Ice always build up and causes it to shut down. Have to unplug for hours just to get the ice try out in order to defrost and unclog. I have been reading reviews from frustrated customers for over a year
