It's my second 14" Inspiron. I wish I didn't have to have W-11, but "time goes by."
The only problem I had was with the fingerprint thingy, but I don't really need it - it didn't factor into the decision on what to buy.
It's also a little weird that my previous I-14, when you turned off the sound, only turned off the speakers - that is, if I am sharing something with a "soundtrack" over Zoom, turning the sound off does NOT turn it off to the Zoomers. But the new machine turns the sound off altogether, so the people on Zoom can't hear it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't give it two stars because mounting anything in my car is a challenge. But this puppy lasted almost a year before it gave up and fell off the dash. While it lasted it was easy to use - both to put the phone in AND to adjust it so I could read the navigation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very happy with Best Buy's suggestion to replace Kaspersky with Webroot. I have not yet noticed that Webroot "takes over" the computer the way Kaspersky does from time to time.

My old wireless Logitech mouse began to have problems with the left-click, so I went to get a replacement. With my old Bluetooth-less computer, I have to be careful, and it's sometimes hard to tell all the necessary details, but I found a picture of the USB transceiver, so I guessed this was the closest one to what I had.
Of course it needed me to install the NEW transceiver - which took some doing to find hidden in the packaging - and new software. In the end all was well. I used an old USB multiplexer so I could still use my old keyboard (came with the old mouse).
The new one is "faster" to move around and the scroll wheel is "too smooth" (no clicks). But it works and my old one no longer did.
I would recommend this to a friend!
