Did not connect easily to our network and was spotty at best. I am sure it is a good product for some intended purposes, but for what we needed it for, it was no good. I replaced it with a repeater and it is working better for the application.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our router is downstairs 15 ft in the next room is range extender, upstairs my computer is plugged into this extender with a cable. When the upstairs extender is on, our laptop has a hard time connecting. when off it connects easier. why?
