This laptop works very well for me. I purchased one for myself and later bought one for my wife. My only complaint is,you have to take it out of S mode in order to download the google search engine.

We purchased a Motorola router in 2019, which still works. We replaced it 2022 simply on recommendation at the store to provide more speed. Exactly 1 yr 3 mos, the wifi no longer works. the manufacturer warranty is only for 1 yr, and Best buy is 15 days. Completely unaware of that. The only way to replace is to purchase another. I accessed the chat, and the agent stated "the store team will help you with replacement for you". This router was just shy of $300, and they want me to purchase another one. Unbelievable. The one I bought was probably refurbished to begin with. I have purchased a ton of products from Best Buy over the years, including at least 7 TV's. So Disappointed

I purchased this keyboard because I prefer the 10-key option on the side vs the numbers on top. I love that it is compatible with my Mac I’m reference to color and style. I wish it would have come a detailed manual to assist in navigating some of the keys, and although online mentions the ability of the keyboard lighting up. I haven’t been able to locate instructions. It seems that this tidbit and important details are being left out of many purchases today.
I would recommend this to a friend!
