I've been going up and down my BestBuy account trying to cancel
the office 365 subscription that was bundled with this purchase. I need to do this before it tries to renew so it doesn't charge my credit card account. I'm very annoyed that there isn't a simple way to do it through their website. Too many companies trying to be clever to get your every last penny, hate to see BestBuy doing the same.
