If you have them assigned to the same room then yes. For example I have two in the Master bedroom (one in each nightstand lamp), so if I tell Google to turn on/off the Master bedroom both lights will react. I name them as two different lights so I can still turn them on/off individually. I also have two in the living room and in my theater room (in different lamps) and can do the same thing. I also have a fixture in the upstairs hall that takes two bulbs, so I just call it Upstairs hall light ( I made it a room) so when I tell Google to turn on/off the upstairs light both bulbs turn on/off.
