The picture is everything you'd expect from Vizio. I haven't been able to take full advantage of the 4k display because I don't have any hardware that supports it, but games on my XBOX One look terrific, even local HD stations look good. My favorite thing is the thin bezel, almost edge to edge display.
4 HDMI inputs are very handy for multiple gaming/media systems, one does ARC for a sound bar. All of the inputs are inline with the tv (not perpendicular), so if you're mounting you don't have to worry about needing a lot of space between the wall. Some people may be bothered that the power cable is on the opposite side from the rest of the inputs, depending on how you feel about cable management.
I would recommend a sound bar though, as the sound comes out the back straight into the wall. Watching TV is fine but for games and movies the sound bar makes a big difference. The smart software is very intuitive, everything about this tv is user friendly.
I picked this up on sales for $800 and I couldn't be happier.

Currently have a 70" mounted with this thing, and it works great. The included template made it easy to mark where I needed to drill and make sure it was level. Came with more screws than I know what to do with, should attach to practically any tv. Tilts easily but also holds the angle you leave it at. If you til the TV up, the releases are easy to unlatch if you need to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does this tv come cable tv
Not exactly. For your typical cable you'll need to set up a plan with a local provider, or do something like YouTube TV.
However, this is a smart TV which means if you have a home wifi network this tv can connect to the internet. It has built-in access to apps such as YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, from which you can stream movies/shows.
