This is a great vacuum if you have pets. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because if you have thicker carpet it will suck down so hard you can not push it with two hands. After reading online people said you have to cut the gasket on the sides to release some suction. Why you should have to modify a $400 vacuum blows my mind.
