Probably the best basic mouse there is! Great value, great product :) I use mine daily (8 hours+) and these last me about a year... Although I take good care of mine, it does get used extremely heavily. I can only assume for someone else it would last for years!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Price is high considering it doesn't have much inside- small hard drive, no CD drive, average amount of RAM. For a prebuilt, its probably the best parts for price... I recommend custom built, but this is a good 2nd choice.

Does this mouse shut off to save battery if not used after a certain time period?

It's always best to turn it off when not in use, however, not doing so doesn't seem to make the battery life that much shorter. Personally, I use rechargeable batteries in mine. I highly recommend doing so. I only have to charge them about once a month and I am horrible about remembering to turn it off (in fact, I never do, even though I know I should LOL!)

Does the mouse wheel have indices or does it just 'free wheel' all the time?

I'm not sure what you're asking... but the mouse wheel has little ticks to it, and it stops with each tick, but there may be a setting that adjust it.

How to connect to my computer

You simply plug in the little connector piece into your usb slot. If it doesn't connect automatically (which it should) - make sure the batteries are working (you'll see the bottom light up red) and then press the "Connect" button on the bottom of the mouse.

Can this work with Logitech K360 keyboard as well using one USB connector for both ?

I would assume not, considering both should have came with their own connector (maybe it's possible if you're techy enough to know how to change their frequencies or whatever it is that connects them - I haven't heard of that being a thing) .... I'd recommend buying a mouse/keyboard duo that come with one connector...

So what cords are included with this because I need two 3.5 cords for it to work

All cords are included. The speakers are connected to each other and one of the speakers has the cord that connects to the computer. If you need another cord, its because you're missing something.

Are they bluetooth compatible?

No. These are not bluetooth speakers. However, your computer may be bluetooth compatible to make it able to play sounds from other sources through the speakers. But the speakers themselves are not bluetooth.
