I thought installing this TV mount was going to be difficult. Turns out that it was really no big deal. The hardest part was finding the studs in the wall (I ended up buying a stud finder). After that the installation was easy. Good product. Solid. Easily held my 60" TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So i have this mount in my living room with a Sony 65". Im looking to upgrade to a Sony 75". I don't want to remove the current mount. Will this mount work with a Sony 75". I know it says up to 70 but the mount will hold up to 130 pounds.

It depends on how the current mounting brackets attach to the wall. Since they are mounted to studs, they could be off center from the rest of the TV mount. There is only a certain amount that you can slide the mounts left or right and a larger TV may make it offcenter in the space. The closer the mounts are to the center of the space, the easier it will be to increase the size.
