Is this wireless keyboard compatible with the Thinkpad X380 Yoga? Is the keyboard lit?

No. The keyboard is not lit. I don't know if it's compatible with the Thinkpad. However, It does have a Logitech USB receiver that plugs into a laptop or computer. So it may work as long as you have a USB port. The box says the keyboard is compatible with Windows 7-8 and 10. Hope this is helpful.
