purchase was my fault! didnt notice the 2.0 vs 3.0. copy/write time is at a walkers pace. to the best of my knowledge, best buys ad didnt list the 3.0 option, which i believe, after an already used item, was like a few $'s more. splurge & get the 3.0. here, speed matters.

another example of the manufacturer cutting corners, however minute, to save cost. my 2nd purchase of case in less then a yr. 1st case had a step & a netting in the inside to hold in place the hd & its cord, this piece doesnt have the strap. about a penny on cost? so the hd's power cord is not secured when one opens the case. not a happy camper! one cant even open the product before purchase to find this out. best buy had no other options for an hd case. look else where for a more customer conscience product. best buy merchandise buyers should also be more customer conscience when selecting the products to offer.

i have a Problem where my right earbud won't turn off or connect and shows a whitish blueish light. Anyone know how to fix it?
