Will this work in a 2013 Chevy Silverado
I am guessing the am antenna end that plugs into the back of a radio is the same for all brands of radios so then it will work. I needed a longer cable then the SAT1 but unable to find an extension but found that the SAT 1 cables will connect together to make a longer cable.

If i buy a serius receiver from like best buy - i pay for and listen in my car during the day - if i bought this receiver from best buy will i be able to get serious radio at home or wherever i take the receiver?
You can buy a car kit which includes the base, power, and antenna and install in another auto. You then can take receiver and move from auto to auto. They also sell a home kit that woulD allow you to take same receiver and use at home. I haven't checked out home unit yet .
