The phone is awesome! It does everything you need it to do. Similar to a business phone but for home use with all the features. Definitely a plus because it has speakerphone built in. The orange background light comes on when needed so you can see the information.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No. It is a one-time purchase and comes with Word, Excel and Powerpoint if you look at Microsoft's website, but based on the picture, it comes with OneNote.

what do i need to do for "caller ID" or can I just not use the service? I don't need it.

Caller ID is generally from the phone company and this phone has it by default and stores up to 50 numbers. You can delete the numbers after it shows up on your screen.

I have this dash cam and when I try to view the files, everything that was stored in the Emergency file gives me a playback error on every device I try to view it on. Has anyone else had this issue? Most of the videos in the regular files show up fine.

I have the same and it was installed by Best Buy and what I did was that I moved the files off of the Micro SD card and move it to your computer and watch it there. I have the 256 GB Micro SD A1 V30 card which works real well.
