Waiting for over 3 weeks for someone to come over and set up my stereo system along with a host of other Items purchased from Best Buy. Unfortunately, Geek Squad doesn't seem to be keeping appointments. They were scheduled twice, and missed the appointment twice. So much for taking time off from work and losing a day's pay.
