This is an excellent backup power system. It has proved it's merit in recent power blackouts, maintaining power to our internet, WiFi, laptops, and phone systems. During the blackouts, the mute button also welcome.
I would recommend this to a friend!

can you print smaller than 4x6 custom size using 4x6 paper or u can't customize size?

Use only 4x6 photo paper that is designed for the printer. None other will work. If you want smaller, then use the special 4x6 and trim it to size after it prints. Note that even generic 4x6 photo paper will not work. You must use the paper specifically for that printer because of how the paper is handled during the multiple passes to apply various colors.

how do i shut off the subtitles or captions?

From my experience, the subtitles are controlled by the menu on the DVD, not by the remote. I always select subtitles before I start the movie on the DVD menu, usually under "settings" or "set up". I have had several DVD players, and the buttons on the remotes for managing the subtitles or captions has never worked well with how a particular DVD is programmed.
