I have purchased multiple of these wall mounts for all our TV's and they work great. Comes with all the hardware you need to fit a variety of TVs and mounting options. Sturdy and well made.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Somehow we lost all the screws for this product when we moved so all I have are the brackets and part that goes on the wall. What screws to I need to buy to attach to the wall?

Depending if you are mounting it on Drywall or into a Stud .

I would just take the mounting plate to Home Depot , and see with washers and lags you need to use to mount it.
