I wasn't even looking for an external portable drive, but when I happened to come across the Crucial X6 1TB SSD drive at the price advertised, I just had to take a chance.
First thing that struck me when I opened the box is just how small this thing is; a little black square barely 2 1/2" square.
The next thing that impressed me was how FAST it performs. I tested it by copying my entire project folder on my work laptop (HP Z3 Workstation) onto the Crucial drive as an informal benchmark. The folder I copied weighs in at 88 GB, and it transferred in less than 5 minutes. On that same laptop I have a 1 TB WD Ultra drive, and it takes almost 15 minutes to copy that same folder.
For the price, speed and size, this drive is outstanding. Highly recommended!

I purchased an iPad Air 4th generation and needed a nice folio for it. While searching the Best Buy web site, I came across the Apple Smart Keyboard Folio that would fit my iPad Air. As I looked over the options I noticed that there was an open-box folio available at a Best Buy store close to me, and the price adjustment was substantial. I ordered the folio and picked it up the following afternoon. When I opened the item, it was absolutely in pristine, like-new condition. It functions exactly like a product from Apple would; meaning it just works. It securely holds the iPad Air and the keyboard does not require batteries, Bluetooth, WiFi or any other connection. The iPad recognizes the keyboard instantly, the keyboard is a bit cramped but totally serviceable for my needs, and did I mention that there's no battery required for the keyboard? A great keyboard folio at a terrific price.

This is large enough to go beyond heating up hot dogs or popcorn, looks great on his kitchen counter and he is very pleased with its operation. I've tried many different vent, suction and whatever-mount phone brackets over the years, and this magnetic vent mount is a winner. My problem with other vent-type products is they all eventually lose their grip on the vent 'vanes' which result in my phone taking its mount with it, or vibrating loose and phone/mount hitting the center console. This one has a little finger-operated clamp that nicely secures the mount in the vehicle. Like other magnetic mounts it has a super-strong magnetic disk you attach to the back of your phone or case and everything stays put quite nicely. The magnets are so strong that I actually slide the phone off sideways to ensure that the mount stays put. I have an iPhone SE (2020) and an iPhone 8 Plus, and this little bracket handles either one securely. And the price is great as well.. Recommended!

This is absolutely the best mouse I've ever owned. I've been involved with PC's and technology for over 35 years, and have owned countless mice, trackballs and trackpads over that period. My go-to pointing device has been the Logitech Marble trackball, and it still drives my desktop system.
But I also spend a lot of time on the road as a field service engineer using primarily an HP ZBook 15 workstation, and was never quite satisfied with the current crop of BT-enabled mice. I sort of settled on the HP x400B BT, but the scroll wheel was never that good and I had other minor quibbles with it.
When I spotted the Logitech M720 I decided to give it a try. WOW!! What a difference. Granted, it has a large profile but that's one aspect I do appreciate. Small footprint mobile mice become very uncomfortable to use even for short periods, and after a couple of hours they will yield hand cramps that make work seem like WORK. As soon as I put the M720 to use, it was a revelation.
This thing is like moving from an ultra-compact economy car into a 3-row SUV. It's ergonomics are superb, and it couldn't be easier to connect and configure. All my laptops are BT-enabled, so I can't speak to operation with the supplied wireless dongle (conveniently stowed in the mouse right next to the battery compartment), but if it's anything like the Bluetooth connectivity, it too should be superb.
This thing is like moving from an ultra-compact economy car into a 3-row SUV. It's ergonomics are superb, and it couldn't be easier to connect and configure. I've been using the Netgear R7300 router for a few years, but with the addition of smart TV's, Roku's, iPad, Android tablets, iPhones and so on, I've noticed some latency issues especially with streaming 4K content. Even with the included DST range extender I wasn't feeling good about the unit's performance.
After checking various review sites and other due diligence, I opted for the ASUS RT-AX58U router.
Even though I currently have no devices that support the new WiFi6 standard, I thought I'd give this unit a try. So far, it's been a great choice.
Setup using the web interface was straight-forward and allows access to all of the advanced features. The ASUS app is just meh; OK for checking status but I certainly wouldn't want to rely on the app for a comprehensive setup.
I left most of the router settings at default, but did opt in for the router's dual-band Smart Connect feature. This allows the use of a single SSID and the router automatically chooses 2.4 / 5G when the device connects. It works flawlessly for my mix of ancient to fairly new hardware. Streaming performance is top-notch, and I get better coverage now than with my old Netgear/DST setup.
My house is relatively small with 1300 sq ft with two levels. The router is in my home office on the lower floor yet coverage is excellent throughout and even out to the back yard.
Other than checking for a firmware update on first boot, changing the default admin password and configuring WiFi pass phrases, it's been a "set it and forget it" proposition. I've had the router for over a month and haven't had to finesse any of my original settings. And the WiFi6 functionality seems to work well; my son and daughter happened to upgrade their phones to Samsung S20 and S20 Ultra, and the ASUS connected via WiFi6 with no issue. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to run any serious speed tests on the WF6 band; but the devices did connect.
Overall I'm extremely pleased and hopefully I'll be able to take advantage of WF6 operation as my hardware is slowly upgraded.

This unit does get the job done, but every so often it seems to drop or lose the connection between transmitter and receiver for no apparent reason. The fix is to reboot both units (as others have mentioned, just rebooting one or the other simply does not work), and after a few minutes the units are up and running again.
The other complaint is the IR transmission from the TV end is a bit slow compared to our box located upstairs but again not really a deal-breaker. We have Spectrum (formerly TWC) and use this Actiontec on our 2nd TV in our bedroom. It certainly saved me from figuring out how to run a cable line when we switched bedrooms; drilling through concrete block was not very appealing) and for the convenience it's easy for us to overlook its somewhat finicky operation. Your mileage may vary, but we've been using this unit for almost a year and its still going. Not a bad investment.

I just bought an Apple Watch Series 3 as a birthday present to me but I did not care for the sport band that came with the watch. After almost choking on the price for the Apple milanese loop band, I found this stocked at my local BB store. It's indistinguishable from its name-brand cousin, has a very strong magnetic clasp and best of all the price couldn't be beat. I’ve gotten 6 hours + talk time. Using a Samsung fast charger they are at full charge between 2 to 3 hours.

Does the work with Apple products? At full charge, how many hours do they last? Can you plug in cord if battery dies down to use or only to charge?
I’ve paired them with my iPhone 6S and latest-gen iPad; they work great. Used them for 6 hours straight and battery held up fine. Haven’t had to plug them in using a USB cable so I can’t answer that, but the manual states you can use the cable and continue using the headset.

Have owned this headset for a couple of weeks, and so far the battery lasts for at least 6 hours. They could last longer but I haven’t had to use them for longer periods. Using a Samsung fast-charger they reach full charge after 2 1/2 hours. For the money, they are an excellent set of headphones.
